Becoming a great coach can be a challenge. Do you define success as the amount of income, number of lessons you give, who you coach or the results of your clients???

That is for you to decide but in order to improve, every coach understands and values the importance of lifelong learning. However as our research uncovered, many coaches ending up partaking in learning activites that they felt added little value, were out of context or simply did not move the needle.

Being stuck on your own with limited support and many 'certificates' and 'brands' trying to tempt you to asscoiate with them, it is sometimes difficult to know what is the best next choice.

Our goal is to help support coaches to think more about their own needs AND the needs of their clients. Once these are identified, coaches can find
the right balance of knowledge and skill by ensureing their daily actions are in line with their intentions or goals.
